WEEK 7 S2: Diagramming the System

In order to develop the architecture and programme for the building, I needed to illustrate the system that would work within the site. The Cemetery of Consumerism has 6 main points of interaction:

  1. Entrance

  2. Review

  3. Repair & Learn

  4. Automative

  5. Test

  6. Interact

I began considering the different possible configurations and layouts for the spaces and how they might link together. The diagrams below demonstrate some variations in hierarchies and arrangements of spaces:
